Cherry Beer Margarita 
1 can frozen limeade
12 ounces cherry flavor soda
1 bottle of corona light
12 ounces of tequila
Kosher Salt, for rimming glass
Limes & Cherries

1) Rub lime wedge around glass and dip in Kosher salt
2)In a large pitcher, mix all ingredients and stir
3)Serve over ice and garnish with limes and cherries

Peach Pink Sangria
1 Orange, halved and sliced
1 lime, sliced
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1 peach, halved and sliced (remove pit)
1 bottle rose wine, chilled
1 cup peach flavor vodka
2 tbsp raw blue agave
Gingerale, cold

1)Place all fruit, rose, vodka and agave in pitcher, cover and leave over night, in refrigerator. Pour ginger ale into each glass, before serving.

Aperol Spritz
1 part Aperol
3 parts prosecco
orange slices for garnish

1)Add ice to cup
2)Pour Aperol over ice
3)Top with prosecco
4)Garnish with orange

Bourbon Plum Splash
4- 1/4 inch slices ripe plum
4 mint leaves
1 oz cointreau
1/2 oz ginger simple syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice
2 oz bourbon
1 sprig of mint

In the bottom of a mixing glass combine plum, mint, ginger syrup and lemon. Use a muddler to muddle the plums and mint. Add cointreau ans bourbon and stir to combine. Fill glass with crushed ice. STrain over the crushed ice. Garnish with mint.

Frozen Dark & Stormy
1 can ginger beer
1 Tbsp fresh ginger
Juice of 1 lime
2 cups of ice
4 oz dark rum

In blender, blend first 4 ingredients until smooth. Divide among 2 glasses and float 2 oz dark rum on top of each glass.

Sweet Tea Sangria
1- 750ml Bottle white wine
4 cups sweet tea
1/4 cup  triple sec
2 cup sliced frozen peaches
2 cup raspberries
Fresh Mint

In a pitcher, combine; wine, sweet tea, triple sec, frozen peaches and raspberries and stir. Serve with mint.

Mermaid Lemonade
2 cup ice
1/4 cup Blue Curacao
1 cup white rum
2 cup lemonade
4 lemon slices, garnish
8 maraschino cherries

1) add ice to pour glasses. Add curacao, rum, lemonade to each glass, stir to combine.
2)Skewer lemon and two maraschino cherries to umbrellas for garnish.
