Here at the Blue Mountain Lodges we thrive on providing our guest with quality service, comfort, and value. As our company grows so does the need for guest feedback, so that we can always improve and make adjustments, to provide an exceptional experience. The Blue Mountain Lodges staff personally read our customer reviews and will reply to address any hiccups that anyone may have had while vacationing with us, as well as, inform the rest of staff to ensure that this hiccup does not reoccur. In recent months we have joined a number of travel agencies such as Expedia and Booking.com to expand and attract guest from all over the world. Places such as the United States, South Korea, China and Australia. As most people know, traveling from these places is not just a hop skip and a jump away, which is why we try to make our check-in process as painless as possible, so that our guest can put their feet up and relax as soon as possible.
As of April 16, 2013 the Blue Mountain Lodges was rated 7.2 out of 10. This rating was based on our customer reviews from Booking.com. These reviews have six categories to rate which is then averaged. The categories are hotel staff, service/facilities, cleanliness, comfort, location and value for money. At the end of each survey/review there is a space for the guest to comment which we take very seriously and will respond to, if it is needed. The Lodges at Blue Mountain also view comments left by guest on Google and Trip advisor. Fun fact, the Lodges at Blue Mountain has also been rated #1 of 7 on Trip Advisor.
